Coil-Sert™ Electric-Powered Inserting Tool is used where electric power is preferred over air. It is also an alternative to hand installation where increased production is required.
- Tool automatically reverses itself when it reaches a preset torque.
- Installation depth stop is easily set by simple adjustment of set screw.
- Knurled control sleeve is rotated quick and easy to set required torque from 0.5 to 4.5 inch-lbs.
- Transformer plugs into any standard 110 VAC outlet.
- UL Listed 1000 RPM at 30 VDC : 670 RPM at 30 VDC.
- Insert will lead itself into the hole, operator force is not required.
- Ideal for clean room application needs. No compressed air to operate.
- A separate override forward and reverse control is mounted at the top of the tool for easy operation.
